Michael Steele just announced a "make-over" for the GOP - so that it can be more "Hip-Hop". The RNC’s first black chairman promises to “surprise everyone” when updating the party’s image using the Internet and advertisements on radio, on television and in print. Also, he's not going to apologize for the behavior of the previous administration.
